Do I have to pay VAT on my A7 flyers?
Flyers are generally zero-rated for VAT (Value Added Tax) however there are some exceptions. If your print is subject to VAT, we’ll be in touch to request payment before printing. Please see this guide for more information.
Which paper type should I choose?
We’ve got a paper option to suit any budget. We offer three different weights (or thicknesses): 150gsm value silk, 250gsm classic silk and 350gsm premium silk. Or, opt for our recycled or Kraft stock for something a little different.
What are my flyers printed on?
If you order less than 500 flyers, we’ll print them on our state-of-the-art iGen or Indigo press. For higher order quantities, we’ll print them lithographically using our Heidelberg.
When will my flyers be delivered?
Flyer orders approved by 6:30pm will be dispatched for delivery the next working day. Delivery takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.
How do I upload my flyer design?
When you add your flyers to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Or, if you want to continue shopping, you can upload your artwork in your basket at a later time.
Do you offer double-sided foiling?
We recognise the importance of high-quality print for our customers, which is why we never send out any finished product that doesn’t meet our gold standard. When we apply foil to our print, it must be cured at a high temperature to set it into place. When we apply heat to the second side for double-sided foiling, this can leave the first side looking less than perfect. For that reason, we don’t offer double-sided foiling.
How do I add foil to my print?
To see our foil options, select 250gsm or 350gsm silk with matt lamination. Then, you’ll be able to pick from a range of foil printing colours. To design your foil, check out our foil artwork guide.
