How does my A4 poster printing online work?

From the moment your design arrives with our experienced team in the office, to its departure out of the warehouse, your A4 posters go on an incredible journey here at instantprint HQ. Once it has passed with flying colours through our rigorous 10 Point Quality Check, your design goes off to be printed on our impressive Scitex and Indigo printing presses.

When will my A4 poster printing be delivered?

At instantprint, we like to get your orders to you as soon as possible and all A4 poster printing  approved by 6:30pm will be dispatched for delivery the next working day. Delivery takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.

How do I upload my A4 poster artwork?

We’ve made the ordering and uploading process as simple and quick as possible! When you add your A4 poster artwork to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Alternatively, if you’re looking for other items for your event, shop or business such as business cards or flyers and want to continue shopping, you can upload your artwork to your basket at a later time.

Which type of paper should I choose?

What you’re using your A4 poster for will determine what type of paper stock you should choose. If the lifespan of your advertisement is only short – for example if it’s a weekend only sale – you may only want to opt for our value silk (150gsm) paper type. This will help you keep the costs down, while still producing a good quality poster.

If you’re going to be using your A4 poster a few times – for example if you’re printing off a restaurant menu that is going to be used for months to come – our classic silk (250gsm) is a great choice. It’s both high quality and is a good all-rounder.

Looking for a paper stock with a longer lifespan? Perhaps your hanging notices in your shop window or around your company offices. Our premium silk (350gsm) is what you need for your A4 poster printing.

How are A4 posters printed?

We’ll print your A4 posters using one of our state-of-the-art HP Indigo presses.
